This confirms the schedule event. Your deposit has been received and will be applied to the total cost of your event. The balance shown below is an estimate only. The final cost is subject to the actual amount of services and goods purchased and delivered. Final payment is due at the conclusion of the event.
A reserved party may be rescheduled (upon availability) for another date at 4 weeks in advance without any additional fees. No refunds are considered for any reason within 2 weeks or less of pre-scheduled event. Inclement Weather Policy - Please be advised that we will only consider rescheduling options if an official storm emergency is declared/mandated by Broward County Emergency Management and any re-scheduled events will be subject to availability.
At least five (5) days prior to the event, please call us at: (954) 928 - 8839, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to order additional food and beverages, and/or other goods and services for your event.
Only one birthday child is admitted free of charge. All other children ages 1-13 count as guests (kids), mother and father count as guests (adults). Infants 11 months and under are not considered as an extra guest. It is important that you confirm the number of children who will be attending. Failure to do an accurate count may result in insufficient pizza order or place settings.
The Semi private package is only for fifteen (15) kids and twenty (20) adults. You can only add two (2) more kids for an extra fee per child (price varies by package). The maximum count for guest is as follows; Fifteen (15) kids plus birthday child (sixteen in total), twenty (20) adults, and two extra children can be added (for an additional fee which varies by package). Guest can not bring an extra child unannounced with plans to pay for the child whether it is for the party nor for the open play admission. If the number of children exceeds eighteen (18), there will be a fee of $100 plus the fee of each additional child (fee varies by package).
Outside food is allowed, except pizza. If you wish to have pizza in your party, you can order it with us.
No outside entertainment is permitted.
Please arrive thirty (30) minutes prior to your party. Those thirty (30) minutes are provided for decorating (ONLY parents/guardians and their kids). Guests are not allowed to enter until the set time of the party. Kids are not allowed on play area thirty minutes prior to party (in order to allow the staff member to organize toys for the party).
The facility is scheduled for 2 hours. For an additional $80, the guest can stay after the party has ended. Upon the expiration of this two-hour time slot, the party attendant will assist in clean-up of the facility. Fifteen (15) minutes are given after the party is over for cleaning [If the fifteen (15) minutes are exceeded, you will be charged a fee of $100].
Extra hours is only available for parties scheduled from 5PM to 7PM. Hour can only be added to the end, making the party from 5PM to 8PM.
Only kids who are present at the time of the party will receive their free pass.
Host is responsible for any broken decor piece.
Alcohol is permitted only during Private parties
A regular and customary 15% service automatically added at checkout [20% for parties over fifteen (15) kids].
A waiver is mandatory to be signed by a parent or guardian. Parents and/or guardians must attend to their children at all times.
Children are required to wear non slip socks and adults must wear socks in the facility.
Prices do not include tax. Required reservation deposit $150.00 non-refundable.
Our capacity is up to twenty-six (18) kids and forty-five (20) adults.
